Where the dates come from

We retrieve release timelines from the open-source endoflife.date project through its v1 API. Its community-maintained dataset links to vendor lifecycle policies. Every product page links to both the dataset and its available vendor policy.

The current snapshot covers 16 product families from 12 vendors, retrieved on 21 Sept 2026. Only releases with a specific, published security-support deadline are listed. Unknown dates are not estimated.

How to read the alerts

• Ending soon: security support ends today or in the next 90 days.
• Support ended: the published deadline has passed.
• Upcoming: the deadline is more than 90 days away.

The overview covers the previous year and the next two years. Product pages include the full available history. All date comparisons use UTC. A release remains supported through its listed end date.

Active support is a different milestone

A product can leave active or mainstream support and still receive security updates. We show these milestones separately. Extended or paid support, long-term servicing editions, and appliance-specific entitlements may follow another schedule.

Updates & editorial checks

Our publishing pipeline is configured for a daily refresh. The displayed retrieval time tells you when this copy of the site last obtained data. If a source fails or produces an invalid response, the update stops and the last successful snapshot is preserved.

Separately curated notices must include an official source, a specific deadline, and a review date. Firewall software coverage does not imply coverage of every firewall hardware model. Always confirm your exact edition, model and agreement with the vendor before acting.
